Apartment: Completely newly furnished in August 2024 with new equipment (see pictures) and is intended for three (1+2) students. It consists of one double room (rented, female) and one single room (available) and a shared living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom, toilet, storage room, laundry room and balcony. Parking space is free and guaranteed.

Kitchen & Amenities: Fully equipped with cookware, cutlery, and dining sets for up to 6 people.
Appliances: induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is air-conditioned.
