The apartment is 51 m2 and you share with other tenants the hallway, bathroom and kitchen.
The apartment has two bedrooms. One is next to the bathroom, which has one big double bed (2x – 90×200) and second one ist next to the kitchen and has two single beds (2x – 90×200) .
The price is €225 per person per month or €450 per room per month, if you want to be in the room alone, without the living costs (utilities).
The apartment is fully furnished and suitable for studying. Heating is by an electric stove.
It is available from 1. 3. 2025 to 30. 6. 2025. You can rent it for Winter or Summer semester or the whole Erasmus year.

Stanovanje je veliko 51 m2 in si skupaj delite hodnit, kopalnico in kuhinjo.
Stanovanje ima dve sobi. Soba 1 je zraven kopalnice ima ima veliko skupno ležišče (2x – 90×200), Soba 2 ima dve enoposteljni ležišči (2x – 90×200).

Za osebo je cena 225 € na mesec ali 450€ za sobo na mesec, v kolikor želite biti v sobi sami.
Cena ne vključuje stroškov.

Stanovanje je polno opremljeno in primerno za študij. Ogrevanje je na električno peč.
Oddajalo se bo od 1. 3. 2025 to 15. 7. 2025. Lahko jo najamete za zimski, poletni semester ali celotno erazmus leto.
