A pleasant apartment in a quiet location, suitable for couples as well as 2 students. The sofa is convertible into a bed and allows any visitors to sleep on the sofa. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the city center with a beautiful view of the Drava River and the Maribor Pohorje, and only 400m away from the technical faculties in Maribor.
All important infrastructure is nearby, such as a shop, bakery, bus station, shopping center.
Total price does not included expenses, which are 200€ per month, so all together 800€ per month.
