Opposite Pristan (near Studenška brv), on Ruška cesta, in the raised ground floor of a multi-apartment building. Available only from July 3, 2026, to September 26, 2026 (3 months). Before and after this period, the apartment is fully rented.

Apartment: Completely newly furnished in August 2024 with new equipment (see pictures) and is intended for three (1+2) students. It consists of one double room (rented, female) and one single room (available) and a shared living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom, toilet, storage room, laundry room and balcony. Parking space is free and guaranteed.

Kitchen & Amenities: Fully equipped with cookware, cutlery, and dining sets for up to 6 people.
Appliances: induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is air-conditioned.

Rent & Costs: Monthly rent including all costs for a single room is €300.

Deposit: Monthly rent.
