V centru MB (3.nadstropje), oddam opremljeno 1-posteljno sobo študentki. Vsak najemnik ima svojo sobo. Souporaba kuhinje in kopalnice, wi-fi in centralna kurjava. Stanovanje ima kopalnico z ločenim wc-jem, etažno centralno kurjavo in wi-fi. Soba je prosta od 1.7.2026 naprej. Najemnina je 300 EUR/mesec s stroški ob sklenitvi pogodbe za več kot 6 mesecev. Za krajše obdobje je najemnina 400,00 eur/mesec s stroški. Varščina sta dve najemnini (600 eur). Stanovanje se nahaja v bližini Pravne fakultete, Ekonomske fakultete, Tehnične fakultete in 15 min peš od medicinske fakultete.

A furnished single room for a female student is available for rent in the center of Maribor (3rd floor). Each tenant has their own private room. Shared use of the kitchen and bathroom, Wi-Fi, and central heating included.
The apartment has a bathroom with a separate toilet, central heating, and Wi-Fi. The room is available from July 1, 2026 onwards.
The rent is EUR 300/month including utilities for contracts longer than 6 months. For shorter periods, the rent is EUR 400/month including utilities.

The security deposit equals two monthly rents (EUR 600).
The apartment is located near the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Engineering, and only a 15-minute walk from the Faculty of Medicine.
Erasmus students are also welcome, with proof of enrollment.
